What Is A Blog Anyway? Blogs In Plain English (Video)

I first knew about Internet Marketing before I even knew about Blogging. Before I attended the Hands-on Internet Marketing Workshop in Manila, Philippines by Jomar Hilario, I was already selling stuffs on eBay but I had no idea what Blogging was. But now, Blogging is my number one source of income on the Internet already. So what is a blog and blogging anyway?
Here’s a very short and simple video explaining what a blog is and why blogs are such a big deal today.
What is not explained in the video and the most important one is How To Create A Blog and How To Make Money Online Through Blogging and that’s what you’re going to learn on my next posts. The next video will teach you on How To Create Your Free Blog Using Blogger.com.

This video Blogs in plain English is by far, the simplest of all the explanation of them all.
It never occurred to me that being a blogger is to have the power of the media, like you are the reporter and at the same time publisher.
All first time blogger, or blogger wanna be should watch this video in order to learn and consider that besides earning money, a blogger has a bigger responsibility. Like producing something important and worthwhile.

Hi, Jan! Been an attendee of Jomar Hilario’s Seminar, btw. Anyways, in blogging, do you need SEO knowledge so your blog will ‘generate’ more traffic so many would be able to see the blog (and ofcourse, see the ads, click the ads, etc.)?

No you don’t need to. What you need is a good marketing and business mindset in order to make more money from blogging and online business. There are a lot of techie people who are very good in SEO but don’t know how to sell anything online, they remain — not earning. :)
